Cancellation

No cancellation charge will be incurred when a cancellation is received up to 48 hours prior to the tour or transfer. Cancellations must be made directly in writing to bookings@tailoredtravelhb.co.nz. Cancellations incurred within 48 hours of the transportation departure will incur 100% cancellation fee.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to ensuring that it is protected.  Any information you provide to Tailored Travel Hawke’s Bay will be held with the utmost of care.  If we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

​We use your personal information to facilitate the services you request. We have tailored our privacy policy to attempt to adequately inform you of the use of your personal information.

COVID-19 

Your health is our top priority, and we have put special measures in place to keep all our guests safe both during and after your transfer or tour.

We have increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and high traffic areas between each tour, and hand sanitizer is available for all our guests.

Social distancing is not applicable to private transfers and tours, where everyone travelling together is within the same “bubble”.

If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your tour.
