Chris did a great job showing us Napier. Poor weather didn’t deter great views at Te Mata. We loved visiting Birdwoods Gallery/gift shop for a coffee — so quaint & lovely. Next enjoyed a wine tasting at Craggy Range, and a quick stop at The Mission winery. Finished with photos at National Tobacco Company Bldg. Enjoyed some history along way in beautiful, clean vehicle with water and mints for all. Nice presentation – wish we had more time!

Chris was an excellent tour guide. His Mercedes van had great air conditioning and very comfortable for our group. He did a good job of not taking us to tour bus type places. We had a wonderful day with Chris. It started with the stunning views from Te Mata peak. Breathtaking! From there we started our winery tours. The first was at Craggy Range and the 2nd tasting was at Trinity Hill with a fantastic cheese board. Chris is very knowledgeable and squeezed as much scenery as possible in our tour. Gorgeous countryside and ending with a tour of the Art Deco in Napier. He even stopped and helped us purchase a lottery ticket…no winner. Fantastic day!
